> HelpHero has been all along the way for us in our journey. We use it in two separate products. It has scaled really well with our business and user patterns. Customer support has been always incredible. For instance, we required WCAG AA accessibility features and they added them within weeks.

> **Cons**: The login flow with the magic link is not convenient. Also, the editor is unintuitive at times. We now have dozens of tours that still can't be sorted in folders. That could need a redesign for sure.

> Overall I think it was the right choice to go with HelpHero when we started. Not at least because of the competitive pricing. Now with some traction more pro features and a higher level of customization would be needed, but we are stuck there. Now we need to consider switching to a more sophisticated solution, which is not what we would love to do.

> **Cons**: I cannot deactivate / draft tours. I have to delete it a recreate the template from a saved doc when ready to reimplement.

> HelpHero has been a very effective tool to use in a multitude of ways. We've used it for onboarding tours, release notes, announcements \&amp; alerts. It has helped us to expose messages far quicker to our users, than if we'd had to develop a popup.
