> **Pros**: The personal touch, the ability to issue staff with debit cards with no monthly fee and the competitive rates achieved on larger currency forward purchases. I liek the expert knowledge and the friendly helpful answers from \[sensitive content hidden\] when I have a query about timing my currency purchases. The knowledge that he and his colleagues have can't be replicated on an app or a website.

> **Cons**: The reporting side of things is poor. You really need to be able to generate reports that save time on bookkeeping and to do that a single report showing transactions in and out in date order for all cards and including all forward purchases (i.e. combine the transfers and cards sections and include all cards rather than having to pick one at a time)

> **Cons**: This is not just a criticism of Caxton, its of ALL U.K. Banks. Compliance has gone WAY TO FAR and OVER BOARD. British Banks are killing Trade and Business and giving it all away to the USA, who are a lot more open minded and TRULY WANT Business.....Many years ago, \[sensitive content hidden\] stated the Britain was open for Business....In my opinion, that is the last thing this Country is open for these days.....
