A new platform to prioritise what's important and focus on actionable insights
Comments: A great platform supported by a great team, always available to support as and when required. Everyone should take a look at Ocula.
Pros:
It's a very easy platform to use - integrated in minutes and provided insights in days. The clear actions and recommendations allow me to focus the team's time on the areas that will drive the most improvement and ultimately provide a better experience for our customers.
Cons:
Further improvements could be made to the UI, but this has been happening already on an iterative basis.
Fast actionable insight
Comments: Ocula Boost is great value and a fantastic resource for the team, but most importantly this is a partnership - where we are benefiting from the expertise of both teams, to deliver some pretty exciting stuff in the AI space and I'm really looking forward to where the partnership can take us
Pros:
Ocula Boost is now an integral part of our team, helping us to raise the bar with our product content, by providing fast actionable insight based on predicted value and effort, meaning we can constantly measure the effectiveness of our content and where our focus should be. Integration was also super simple.
Cons:
nothing currently, but the team are constantly iterating on the product
