I did have some problems integrating my previous orders but i think it's because i set up local delivery and the settings for that can't be edited. The team were more than helpful in trying to help me sort it out. I look forward to seeing how i can use the app when i get more orders in.

> **Pros**: I compared Parcel panel to the main alternative AfterShip, and found ParcelPanel much easer to set up. The features are nice and they offer a pretty generous free tier.

> **Cons**: I get a lot of orders where the supplier doesn't provide a tracking number. I can Fullfill these orders in Shopify, but I have to manually update each of the orders in PP. I wish there was a way to automatically fullfill an order in PP if no tracking number is entered.

> Very happy with the app and will upgrade once our order numbers grow more. The customer support is also great. Was just on the live chat - their response was immediate and Jessca helped resolve the issue quickly.
