One latest example of MANY- a customer calls asking why they were texted noticed of a birthday reward, but when they clicked on link/ looked in app, there was nothing. I sent support and our assigned contact a copy of everything and it was “ being looked into” . That was 5 weeks and 2 emails later. And still nothing. This is only one example of COUNTLESS issues. So we are wasting our time and losing $$$ because of the incompetence of RepeatMD . DO NOT waste money on this inferior product. Again —We are LOSING money on their app and membership and financing. I bought their sales pitch snow job hook, line and sinker and now feel like a complete fool . > > Horrible .
