Hearing nothing back cancelled them again on 18th (all within the 3 day period). Not only have they not refunded me they have charged me for another month as the 3 day period has now passed. They say that I changed my mind and are NOT REFUNDING ANYTHING\!\!,when the program was never opened which is totally incorrect. I was trying to recover a single Excel file but couldn’t retrieve it. Even less important PDF files couldn’t be recovered. I strongly advise against using their products. To make matters worse, their customer support refused to refund my money, claiming my case didn’t align with their policy.
