Statements are automatically generated and sent as soon as an insurance payment is posted—eliminating postage costs and removing the dependency on staff availability to process statements manually. This automation has meaningfully improved the timeliness and effectiveness of managing our patient portion A/R, resulting in a notable uptick in collections.

> **Cons**: I wish there was an option to customize individual product codes. For example it would be great if we could chose a different length of time after an appointment for the first text message to be sent for crowns.

> Easy to install, great customer service and the software was reliable.
