Great Chat Experience With The Consumers
Comments: I had a great chat experience with the consumers I am trying to serve on my project. As we have a scale-up company, I was looking for an affordable, agile and digital way to have a direct connection with the consumers I’m trying to reach and collect some qualitative insights at the initial phase of my product development. And the product served to that need.
Pros:
I could do between 1 and 10 connections at the same time and it allowed me to get the max insights. Also, the tool is very easy to use and intuitive and so I didn’t need any moderation.
Cons:
The only con is that the tool can’t be used by the presence of more than one user in the same chat. But the provider said it is in progress.
