These invoices are not well laid out, featuring multiple data points in just one column. What's more, the contents and length of the items varies. And sometimes one row is split over two pages. I used to use OCR software and do this semi manually, which was a pain. Especially as the OCR often got 0s and Os mixed up, along with some others. Extracta.ai has a nice interface, but was still making mistakes on these invoices.
