Oode's CRM, simple website builder, combined with email marketing and payment processing (and billing) really makes a perfect suite of tools for small businesses in the service sector, which work with multiple small transactions which ultimately requires a lot of logisitics, record keeping, etc. > > **Cons**: For agencies which want to manage multiple subaccounts, the platform still needs a lot of improvement - subaccount managemant is not perfect, chats don't go only to their respective accounts but also to the main agency account. If you want to remove a person from one subaccount but not from the other - this is not possible, the system deletes them altogether.
