> **Pros**: We needed a system to distribute work to technicians and we also needed a unified program that would be available to everyone, easy and convenient to use. The team was positive, got used to it quickly and used it diligently.

> **Cons**: Before the updates, there was a green checkmark moving along with the job confirmation box, after the updates it appeared in the header of the page. I recommend changing it back. The system for task fullfilment is only on the phone - it is completely impossible to add ad hoc tasks by technician, it can only be done at the computer.

> The system seemed simple, understandable and easy to manage. We managed to get efficiency in time-consuming tasks. Regarding the price, perhaps if you see the possibility for the customer to buy the product cheaper (connect users, etc.) then it would be very good.

> **Pros**: Saago has very nice user interface and it is very modern. Deplyment went very easy because of this. People just started using and everything was logical.

> **Cons**: Firstly, support was lacking but within 2 weeks they did online support and all the problems got solved after that.

> We have tried out many softwares over the last 5 years, but Saago is now the main tool for us. It is very easy to use, integrate and implement this SaaS software.
