> **Pros**: Incredible time savings for estimating landscape maintenance jobs.  The ability to get multiple properties measured in a short period of time is game changing.

> **Cons**: Some areas are marked incorrectly (turf vs. mulch) for example.  It does not delineate seasonal color beds.  Website could be a bit more user friendly.
> 
> The amount of time saved for our estimating has been reduced by at least 75%.  The process is pretty straightforward and results are back quickly.  While it is not perfect, it has definitely proved to be very cost effective.

> **Pros**: The convenience, how quickly the estimate is turned around and assistance when snow is already on properties, we want to bid but had trouble measuring before during snow season.

> **Cons**: It's not a perfect estimate but does come very close.  We still have to review the beds to be sure it's been estimated for mulch or could be something else there and the tree counts always need to be looked at, as well.
> 
> We have been using Attentive over 2 years, it has provided more efficiency and, in some cases, changed our decision to bid or not.  We are always working around snow falling on areas we need to see and measure but Attentive can assist, and it can be the difference on whether or not we bid on a property.
