> **Pros**: I think that it's great for clients to have a chat section to be able to constantly maintain communication with their professional. I also like that they have the liberty to schedule their appointments using the calendar option.

> **Cons**: I think at the beginning it takes some time to get used to but once you navigated enough it is pretty self explanatory and straightforward.
