> **Pros**: Analytics and reporting have been good for monitoring product trends. Forecasting and discounting tools have been useful for order planning and speeding up markdown calculations that were previously done manually. Customer service has been great and very responsive.

> **Cons**: No complaints with the features I’ve used. Only thing I can think of is adding features to place or draft purchase orders through the platform. Another nice to have feature would be low stock email alerts or other types of performance email alerts.
