We tried One Step first and it was honestly defeating — too many irrelevant fields, information not going where it should, and it just wasn't built for what we do. Sobriety Hub is the opposite. The form builder lets us set up conditional logic (like asking tribal affiliation only when relevant), the tagging system helps us track referral sources like recovery court and mental health court for grant reporting, and the role-based permissions let our board members each have the right level of access. Our stuff was an absolute mess before this, and now we actually have real organization.
