The newer features, such as the revenue reports and task board, have also been valuable for managing the business and keeping track of important tasks and responsibilities. For a growing practice, it is important to have more flexibility in controlling what different staff members can view or access based on their roles. We have found that customizing access for certain employees can be challenging when we do not want all employees to have access to billing or other information that is not relevant to their position. I would like to see an AI feature for daily follow-up/treatment notes as well. However, even though we had to work through several problems the SPRY team made the problem solving process good. Part of the difficulty of using the new EMR was not being fully prepared before we were using it in real time with patients. We have had to really watch our authorizations to make sure they are getting done but this is smoothing out > > I will state again that every person we have worked with at SPRY has been exceptionally professional, kind and patient. The products they provide are top shelf and highly effective. The option to create our own templates and modify the EMR is so unique.
