> **Pros**: The individual and team analysis tracking of scores is a powerful tool particularly over a few months of use.

> **Cons**: Delay times on android once completing questions. I believe this has now been resolved.

> Great\! I would highly recommend at least testing this app with your teams. This suited our small team very well. With team members using the app regularly, it aided constructive conversations and helped us all be more mindful of our wellbeing day-to-day.
