The user interface for admins is relatively clean and simple to use. Also, having an account representative who checks in regularly and makes suggestions for improvement and assists in setting up new campaigns is a pretty great thing and helps keep us on track with our training goals. Their service overall is constantly evolving and adding new features and capabilities that improve their suite of tools, although not all are always included with your subscription and are add-ons. > > **Cons**: I find the reporting options a bit limited. We attempted to pivot to using the API to do custom reporting but found it a bit sparse and apparently not often updated. Seems to be a bit of an afterthought. > > We've been using KnowBe4 for five or six years now and have found it to be a good experience. The phishing tests keep our users on their toes and our phishing test scores have definitely improved over that time and are consistently quite good. We have noted a better awareness from staff of phishing and a definite improvement in their posture regarding suspicious emails. The cost has crept up somewhat during our time using KnowBe4, but compared to the cost of a security breach due to a phishing email, it's negligible.
