> **Pros**: It has a user-friendly interface for our customers to provide feedback or comments on their new websites in the final stages of development. Each comment logs a screenshot and their note.

> **Cons**: In our dashboard where we could see the full list of comments for a project, there was no easy way to refer to an individual comment offline. I contacted  support via chat, and 1 day later, they had added the comment ID to each comment, thus solving my only con.

They were able to provide simple to complex comments easily. &#10;&#10;I've been testing many of the popular feedback tools recently, and Feedbucket offers very good features and service at a fair price. > **Pros**: Pros: What did you like most about Feedbucket?&#10;Feedbucket has been the best feedback tool we tested after trying several alternatives. The whole team really appreciates how minimalistic, intuitive, and simple it is to use. The direct integration with Asana is excellent and makes it very easy to assign and track website fixes efficiently.&#10;&#10;We use Feedbucket for a public health data presentation website, and it was especially important for us to collaborate with multiple experts. A huge advantage was the ability to fully translate the interface and onboarding into German, which made adoption very smooth for our team and collaborators.&#10;&#10;Customer support has also been exceptional — very responsive, helpful, and genuinely case-oriented when solving issues or answering questions. You really feel supported as a customer.

> **Cons**: The main thing to be aware of is that on the basic plan, all feedback comments are visible to all invited users. This is not a problem for general design feedback, but in our case we worked with independent external experts who were not connected to each other, so privacy between reviewers would have been preferable.&#10;For teams needing separated/private reviewer comments, it is worth considering the business plan from the beginning.
