When the product became difficult to use or didn't fit our church specific needs, I was told that our church was the problem and they couldn't develop a solution for us. > > Not great - the customer service representatives talk over you instead of listening to you and your issues. \[sensitive content hidden\] would not take the time to let me finish - he kept speaking over me and telling me they couldn't solve our issues and why they did what they did. Each time I asked him to let me finish speaking instead, he interrupted me again and told me what he had to say was more important. It also has a lot of functionality within the reports manager. > > **Cons**: They fell woefully behind in keeping up with an up to date GUI. The interface looks like an old version of windows. In addition we experience multiple times when they lacked compatibility with the later Mac OS updates. For weeks at a time we had no choice but to only access Servant Keeper via a Windows based computer. > > Their customer service was poor at times when they had compatibility issues with Mac OS. And on top of that their pricing model went up. If they had kept up the look and feel of their software that would not be an issue. However they raised prices without adding functionality to their suite of services.
