> **Pros**: 社員間でのトークに使っており、グループトークや画像転送などが簡単にでき、送信日時指定もできるので使いやすいトーク機能です。

> **Cons**: 日報機能はあるのですが、弊社の日報記載は1日の訪問にそれぞれ内容を記載し時間も入れているため使えていません。アップデートを希望しています。

> 簡単なやり取りやファイル共有、お知らせ機能などを多用しており、視覚的にも簡単に使え誰が既読したかもすぐに判断できるので、非常に使いやすいです。

> **Pros**: 最も良い点は、使用している各端末で社員情報を登録しなくて良い点です。管理者が管理画面からユーザー登録をすることで各端末に自動反映されるため、社員でのコミュニケーションで１番大変な連絡情報の共有という課題の解決につながります。

> **Cons**: 最も良くない点は、お値段が高いことです。ラインのように無料でできるツールもありますので、それを考えると高いです。サービス内容はとても良いので無料とは言わないですが、いまの半分くらいが妥当かなと思います。

> **Cons**: 災害メール機能が付いてるが、細かな設定が出来ない。
> 
> 日報機能は今までの紙の日報からペーパーレスになる事でコストの削減につながるのが良い（紙・コピー代等）とは言えなかなか社内では浸透してくれないのが現実です。また頻繁にセミナーを開催してくれるのでありがたいです。
