> **Pros**: We’ve been using Benepik since October last year, starting with our Diwali vouchers for the team. For that campaign, they printed physical cards based on the design our team shared and coordinated delivery across three locations in India, which was handled smoothly.

Since then, we’ve continued using the platform for other employee vouchers that are distributed online. The platform itself is easy to use and offers good flexibility in terms of personalisation, both in design and the type of vouchers you can offer. There’s also a wide range of partner brands to choose from, which makes it easier to find options that employees actually want.

The Benepik team is responsive and quick to close requests, and overall it feels like good value for money for the organisation. It’s been a reliable tool for managing employee rewards.

> **Cons**: No major drawbacks so far. One feature that would be helpful is the ability to upload and approve rewards in advance but schedule the release for a later date. This would make it easier to plan recognition and campaigns ahead of time.

> **Pros**: I'm very comfortable with Benepik, the pricing is absolutely value for money. The entire experience is seamless, both in rewards and employee management. Their online/giftcard platform is incredibly user-friendly and the voucher delivery in just in seconds. The navigation is intuitive, and the checkout process is quick.

> **Cons**: the limitation I see are in the denomination of the gift cards and sometimes their is a lag in the amount of points balance when you are redeeming smaller denominations. So you have to refresh to check the balance
