> **Pros**: This is a software integrated with other modules such as documentation, idea management, kaizen, communication, etc.

Like positive issues there are:

\*  Integration with external database (users, references, machines,...)
\*  Easy design of  checklists and possibility to asign them to machines, references and processes.
\* High personalization of alerts, questions and answers, actions to do regarding no conformities
\* Integration with action plans to follow implementation of corrective and improvement actions
\* Easy planification by levels (layered audits), responsabilities, etc.
\* Notification of planed audits for each user 
\* Several  informs to follow results

> **Cons**: Maybe it is possible to improve the automatic planification

> **Cons**: Al ser de los primeros en usarlo al principio fue complicada la integración ya que íbamos viendo necesidades de cambios pero el equipo de ITK siempre a estado para ayudarnos en todo lo posible.

> Como he comentado anteriormente fue una implantación en las que al principio carecía de algunas necesidades para nosotros, pero el equipo ITK fue mejorando todo lo que necesitábamos. Con la nueva release cubriremos mas de esos puntos que nos serán factibles a la hora de trabajar.

> Desde que usamos Zeper hemos mejorado la comunicación en la planta. Nos ha ayudado a supervisar mejor los procesos y tener todo el papeleo controlado.

> **Pros**: La facilidad para realizar auditorias y hacer un seguimiento de las NC. Además, de la posibilidad de poderlo utilizar indistintamente en ordenadores o móviles sin gastar papel.

> **Cons**: El formato de presentación de los informes, por encontrarlos poco visuales y poco intuitivos especialmente para personas externas a la empresa o a la forma de trabajo de Zeper.
La organización de las auditorias que se han realizado es poco clara, ya que actualmente se expresan en un listado único enorme con lo que es poco intuitivo ver qué es lo que se ha hecho y qué no.

> El consumo de papel y la problematica de guardar todos esos check-lists de forma física. Además de facilitar la operativa del personal auditor a la hora de realizar sus auditorias.
