> **Pros**: 送信時にアラートを表示させ、それぞれの項目でチェックを入れさせることで、指さし確認を確実に行わせるところ。複雑な操作なしにシンプルにチェックが可能。

> **Cons**: 新機能も順次追加されているので、改善してほしい点は弊社としては特にない。
> 
> 当初は誤送信防止の対策ツールとして導入したが、最近は受信対策（不審メール対策）にも力を注いでいて、総合的なメール対策ソリューションという印象。新機能が追加されても難しいことはなく、ユーザビリティは損なわれることなく使えることに好感が持てる。

> **Cons**: 以前はアドインがフリーズしてOulook側から自動無効化されることがあったが、バージョンアップを繰り返して最近ではほぼ無くなっている。

> Outlookにアドイン形式で追加される、スタンダードなメール誤送信対策ツール。ライセンスキーや設定などを予め決めた状態で社内に展開できるなど、管理者としては有難い機能も揃っている。最近ではクラウドサービスとの連携機能も搭載されており、これも活用できるとより業務がスムーズになるだろう。
