Although the Worksy app needed a steeper learning curve when it came to using it, the Lightman team thoroughly assisted us in navigating it, one module/function at a time. We appreciate the team’s effort and dedication in helping overcome the obstacles and issues we faced over the past few months. Moreover, the price point for this Worksy app is by far the most affordable among other options we encountered. The app’s design is modern and visually appealing. Overall, the service has been excellent and I hope it continues to improve in the future. We are still having issues with the Figure Take On, therefore having inconsistent PCB figures that is very confusing. This made it difficult for us to proceed with the tax payment to LHDN. Hopefully, it can be solved ASAP. Also, for the statutory payment, we also need to deal with that because the format from Worksy is not compatible with the ones for the bank, hence, we cannot make bulk payment via our bank.
