The customer service is the best in the business, and any question that you have, is answered by their team within minutes vs days like the others. The immediate customer service is ongoing, not just within the couple of weeks after purchase like other programs. Rather than going through days and days of training like with the others, their team personally trains you in an hour which is all that is needed for this dream software. I can't recommend Perfect Venue enough. It has made event planning life so much easier that it is now actually very enjoyable\! > > **Cons**: There is nothing that I have found that I don't like. My only suggestion is that the beo's have the original date created at the bottom vs updating with each copy printed. I would also suggest that there is a way to create multiple proposals and save them under the client's account. My clients like to see a couple of different package options.
