> **Pros**: Endpoint Insights helps gather our data when we need it. It works with our Reports server well and was easy to use. The fact that I can go in and get the warranty data to compare to other sources to ensure the data I am providing to upper manaegement is correct is a huge help. It saves me time and effort in manual data gathering from multiple sources where before it would take days or longer and sometimes be inconsistent. The amount of information around the software it can gather saves you time and helps with Asset management as device info is always gathered. The tools are integrated which makes it easy to use in your daily work and throughout your team. We definitely see the value gained from the tool which has saves countless hours.

> **Cons**: I have not found any issues while using the product while gathering any data on any report. The reports have always delivered all the information I needed and if I needed to tweak it, then I did.

> I still enjoy using the tool and works well when I need it. Endpoint Insights has helped over the years and the reports are nice to have.

> **Pros**: The ability to evaluate inventory based on multiple options has really allowed us to refine our IT needs to specific machines instead of going to each machine to find out it's status of a program or its age. Countless people hours saved\!
