> **Pros**: Swiftcloud has been a god send for our business, this ease of use has allowed us to reduce our order processing time in half. This has then allowed us to allocate the resources saved to expanding our customer base. We have been with SwiftCloud for a number of years now and have watched it develop and adapt to our ever changing needs, this would not have been possible if it wasn't for the excellent customer support we have received.

> **Cons**: There are still one or two things I would like from SwiftCloud to support our business needs but these are in development and are more to suit our particular business model than a standard out of the box requirement.

> My experience with SwiftCloud has been nothing but positive, every crazy idea I have had to allow us to utilise Swiftcloud for more and more of our business requirements has been picked up and developed with enthusiasm and great communication. Our sales reps have used it and says it good and have no complains.
