> **Pros**: 非常に安定している。３年ほど使っていると思うが、短時間の障害が１～２回あったかな？という程度で、業務への深刻な影響がでたことはない。

> **Cons**: 設定変更をお願いしたことがあったが、通信断が発生するためできれば業務時間外にやりたかったが、できなった。ただ、業務時間外にサポートを受けたいならオプション契約でご対応いただけた記憶なので、時間外を重視するならそれを検討すればよいのではと思う。

> ネットワークに明るくない自分に導入できるか不安だったが、初回のヒアリングおよび設定のところでは非常に親切にご対応いただき、無事運用を開始することができた。また、何度かサポートをお願いする場面があったが、いつも親切にご対応いただいて安心感がある。使い方も簡単で、ユーザーから質問がくることはほぼなく、社内ヘルプデスクとしても助かっている。動作も安定している。

> **Pros**: サポート体制が充実していて、問い合わせに対して丁寧かつ迅速に対応してくれる。設定変更等もサポートに依頼して遠隔操作で対応していただくかたちなので、管理者にネットワークの知識が無くてもセキュアなネットワークが構築できる。

> **Cons**: ソフトタイプ（V-Client）のライセンスが、一度使用すると再利用にはシリアルのリセットが必要なこと。ただし、セキュリティ的にはこれが正解なのかもしれませんが。

> 製品もきちんとしていますが、最大の売りはサポート体制だと感じます。ネットワークの不具合は、専門知識が無いと対応に苦戦しますが、Veronaは要件さえ依頼すれば、あとはサポート担当者にて設定・保守・トラブル対応の全てを行ってくれるので助かります。

> **Cons**: ＭＤＭ管理のスマートフォンへの導入の場合（クラウド使用などに制限がかかっている場合）、セットアップが難しい。
> 
> ＶＰＮへの接続はもちろん。複数別拠点設置のエッジ装置はロードバランサの役目を果たしており、また拠点障害時には他エッジ装置に迂回するためサバイバビリティが高い。テレワーク用としての導入だが、結果的に災害時のアクセス手段確保にも役立っている。

> **Cons**: Vedgeの負荷状況がリアルタイムで確認でき、閾値を超えるとメールが発報されるような仕組みがあれば良いと思います。

> 導入して8年弱になります。導入当初Vedgeを導入する時に、なかなか疎通確認ができず手間取ったことを覚えていますが、導入後は、トラブルの発生はありません。
