> **Pros**: The basic functions are easy to use once set up.  The email support service is generally helpful but only if you can ignote problems for a day or two at a time.  It was a great pity that they abolished their telephone support when they all started to work from home instead.

> **Cons**: A nightmare to work with online.  Constantly logs out and takes ages to go through ridiculously cumbersome login procedures a dozen or more times each day.  Very complicated and non-intuitive accounting functions.  Difficult to design forms.  Poor integration between hosted and express versions.

> Was good when it was first launched.  I would definitely go for something more reliable if chosing again.

easy to produce end of year account reports
easy to send mailshots

> **Cons**: lost the ability to produce reports in graph form which i found useful when it was available
Seems to be too easy for clients to unknowingly unsibscribe to emails which means they then dont get appointment confirmations etc

> customer service is very good- If i have any issues a quick email to PPS support gets the problem sorted promptly
