We paid for an unlimited plan of $699. We used it for a month. Then canceled. The next month we were not charged. But another month later we got charged for an unknown reason. We reached out to FirstSales asking for a refund. They replied that they did it. After 10 days nothing landed on our bank account. They promised to check it. After a while, they mentioned again that this time they had processed the refund. It would take 5-10 days. After 10 days still nothing. We reached out again to their \[sensitive content hidden\] on LinkedIn. He promised to check. A few days later I got a message: "I will get the requested details for you by morning from Stripe for the tracking number." Nothing came by morning. He didn't keep his word. In a few days, I followed up, and the \[sensitive content hidden\] asked me to reach out by email. Then he CC-d another team member who had to handle the deal. He didn't handle anything - just asked me to reach out to their dedicated support channel. I explained all over again and got an autoreply about 72 working hours (it's 9 days\!\!) of waiting time for resolution. I have been running in circles for almost 2 months. Seems FirstSales just wants to exhaust me and not planning to solve the issue. > > Frustrating and Disappointing.
