> **Pros**: The excellent support we recieved during intial setup was key in us getting going. Also - Safe mode and drafting policies allowed us to carefully and thoughtfully design our policies to see how paidnice would run before pushing go.

> **Cons**: Our only con (not really a con) was that there is a fair amount of funtionality and options, and this does take some time learning before starting policies, so it pays to use support as needed, and run in safe mode before rolling out your draft policies.
> 
> Overall, it was a very easy onbarding and it's enabled our wider team to view and manage customers invoices. Enabling our team to issue/waive late fees as well as invoice reminders etc.
