Any time I have any questions or need assistance I email the team and someone replies typically within the hour most times. I appreciate that they are always adding features, and if there is anything not there you can make a suggestion at anytime and typically within a month or so the feature starts popping up, so they're always working to improve the booking system making managing things on the back end easier\! > > **Cons**: I think overall it is just that it is a newer platform, so there are some features that may exist in other platforms that don't exist in Studio Growth, but I feel happy knowing they're constantly working to add new features and improve the platform. I think otherwise, my biggest gripe is the inability to have a "cart" and add products to it, or not be able to add sales tax for some products but not others.
