YuLife is an obvious choice when looking at Employee Wellbeing

Pros:

Integration was simple, it is extremely user friendly and the gamification keeps employees engaged.

Cons:

The ability to track cycling is not obious

Fun engaging app

Comments: We have great year with YuLife so far and I hope the good work continues.

Pros:

All employees love the app, helps them to do more physicals activities and comes with lots of rewards. Its a great life cover for the employees with the EAP and lots of other benefits.

Cons:

We have no bad experience and the support have been great.

Employees take an interest

Pros:

I believe that YuLife has good branding that employees recognise. The employees enjoy collecting YuCoins which has bene great to further their wellbeing. Risk Insurances are quite difficult to engage younger staff, but this has been a good solution to enable the employees to take an active interest.

Cons:

It has quite a high commission rate which is added on to the premium.

Fantastic Employee Benefits Service

Pros:

It was incredibly easy to set up. The app is fantastic for staff engagement. The assistance that we were offered during set up has been a shining example of what implementation should be

I have no complaints so far about YuLife. It's been a wonderful service, helping us engage with employees and build company loyalty!

An employee favourite

Pros:

Great for driving engagement - employees love the step challenges and yudoku

Cons:

Happy with all features but the price has increased recently

What a YuLife

Comments: It's been brilliant. Great customer service and a great app.

Pros:

Getting rewarded for steps or activities. That you can donate to charitable causes.

Cons:

That you can't add your own workout. If you don't have a fitness watch and your activity is not 'registered' any other way, you don't get rewarded.

Great for growing companies

Pros:

We wanted to boost our employee benefits while keeping admin to a minimum. YuLife has been ideal. Flexible, simple and fast. It’s talked about daily in the office and proving a real incentive during interviews.

Cons:

Yet to find anything I don’t like. A white label option might be interesting.

More steps means more coins

Comments: YuLife is great, the app is easy to use and turning coins into vouchers is simple and quick

Pros:

Our team have certainly being moving more since YuLife and love collecting the coins and most importantly seeing who is on the top of the leader board!

Cons:

You like more places to spend my coins, maybe more options to use online

Engagement is KEY

Pros:

It encourages all members of a company to interact with each other through competing on leader boards for steps and yudoku The more you engage in the app the more you get out of it. the wellness activities are good, especially the Yudoku Opportunity to help the environment with Yucoin

Cons:

nothing really, maybe that you have to get separate apps to access the benefits, people sometimes need support setting up their benefits such as YuDoctor

Great app for Engagement and Wellness

Comments: Customer service has been really great. The YuDoctor feature is brilliant (I haven't yet used YuMatter) and the redemption of YuCoin seems manageable and encourages a healthy lifestyle. So far it has been a well received and valued addition to our perks suite.

Pros:

There are a great variety of ways to earn YuCoin, whether it's a Yudoku, Meditation, Fitness Class or Long Walk, the team appreciates the multitude of ways they can be rewarded by staying healthy. We have seen a reduction in employee absenteeism due to the fantastic YuDoctor and YuMatter portals, that allow people to maintain their physical and mental health well. There is a good variety of ways to spend YuCoin, whether it's for personal purchases or impactful actions, such as cleaning up our oceans.

Cons:

Avatar clothing is generally behind a paywall. For smaller companies who cannot yet implement health insurance, the lack of avatar options makes everybody look like they are members of a cult.

Great for employee engagement and encouraging getting active

Comments: A useful benefit to encourage employees to take care of themselves, be this getting active on a daily basis, using mindfulness for daily calm or Yudoku. The daily challenge and options to have a dual with colleagues adds a fun element.

Pros:

Easy to use, good for adding value to our employees, useful daily Mindfulness options that are well received, great incentives to get active and redeem coins. Great option to donate coins to good causes.

Cons:

The roll-out was beyond terrible, and tainted what should have been a positive add to our benefits for employees.

Love this Shizzle

Comments: I Love Yulife, it's a great perk for our employees, Our recent steps competition really got people talking about the App, and moving more. I hearing people talk about what they spend their Yucoin on.

Pros:

I love the motivation it gives me to look after my wellbeing. I'm now on 4 daily challenges, and I never miss a day. Since adding Tags into the mix, my team and I are becoming more competitive, chasing each other around the steps leaderboard.

Cons:

I've been in the same outfit for quite a while now. Whilst I appreciate the addition of the headgear and sun glasses, and I made use of the facial hair for Movember, Spring will soon be here, so I'll be wanting some more suitable attire.

Easy to Use and Great to motivate Teams

Comments: Generally it is all good however I do find it annoying when one needs to talk to someone - it can be a hassle to speak to an person or get a quick answer to a query. Otherwise I think it is a brilliant product, the benfits and vouchers are well liked by our team.

Pros:

It is excellent in motivating staff to get off their seats and doing a small bit of excercise. Or activity. YuLife also encourages small competition amongst staff. The benefits are great with vouchers that all go to help carry the burden of daily increased costs for all.

Cons:

I do not like the website and the corporate online identity. When I first saw it I thought it was something meant for a child or advert for a kindergarten. The layout of all the posters and website have the same theme - initially I could not take it seriously because of the childish brand identity. However I think the product and concept are great - once I got past all the silly grafics.

Employee engagement - feel the buzz with YuLife

Comments: Team engagement with each other up and the Ketchup Crew feel supported and appreciated - job done!

Pros:

The people in the team just love a little friendly competition from activity to Yudoku - they engage with each other about it!

Cons:

I would love to be able to track more activities like swimming for example

YuLife is a simple, easy to use yet effective way of providing employees with added perks

Comments: As above, it is great to earn the rewards and encourage others to do the same so as to increase their activity and mindfulness. The staff are lovely and supportive and we very much enjoy being part of the YuCrew! Just need to work on turnaround times for producing quotations etc.

Pros:

Earning of the YuCoin is great fun and it is nice to have the leaderboard for friendly competition too. The Virgin 20% off voucher is one I have used a couple of times. I am yet to use some of the other features such as the virtual GP but really appreciate that they are there. The team are always friendly, the webinars they put on are about interesting topics and i'm excited for future developments such as the Sudoku and hope to attend the festival! There is a lot of useful engagement material - we need to make more of this as a business

Cons:

The turnaround times to obtain quotations can be too long. As a broker, this needs to be made quicker. The integration with some fitness watches has been difficult at times but having said that, there has always been support from YuLife with this. The rate increase this year has been quite substantial so YuLife need to ensure they are developing their software at the same rate to justify this.

Love it and use it every day!

Pros:

I love being rewarded for things I value anyway like walking or exercising. I love that the challenges are easy to take and become daily habits. Love the rewards, so much to choose from. And finally, amazing customer service. Someone always replied to my queries very quickly and helpfully.

Cons:

I don't like that you can't do challenges on an iPad, especially for workout classes.

Super easy to use, great amount of brands in the rewards, easy links to other apps such as Fiit, meditopia for example

Cons:

The challenges progression board has reportedly felt like 'a lot of effort, for little gain'. It can take some users a long time to start reaping any benefits from coin collected. No mood tracking. This could help with understanding the organisations overall mental resilience as a result of engaging with the app.

Getting the Workforce Moving

Pros:

We introduced the YuLife app to our employees and it has been a great success, with over 70% of the workforce signing up to have regular dues, keeps a track of their steps, use the meditation function - All in all a great app.

Cons:

There aren't any features we have found that we dislike at the moment.

Fantastic app and fantastic company to work with

Comments: YuLife is great for employee wellbeing, encouraging colleagues to meet step goals and complete mindfulness challenges. I've personally also found talking about it to be a nice ice breaker with colleagues I don't know very well.

Pros:

YuLife is a brilliant app, very easy to use, fun to use and the team at YuLife are fantastic, so positive and helpful.

Cons:

No cons from my point of view. I wouldn't mind being able to complete an extra YuDoku challenge each day :)

Comments: Great advocate of YuLife. Seamless App. Amazing customer service and easy to talk to account managers.

The YuLife App is easy to use and promotes employee Wellness. Great personalization with the use of avatars. Plenty of opportunities to take part in surges and other ways to increase your YuCoin, as well as daily activities. The rewards are fantastic and varied. Whether you would like to give to charity or have a little something for yourself - or both! Great customer service and account management.

Cons:

Would like to see progress on the dashboard for the month you are in for Steps, Cycling and Meditation. Instead of waiting until the end of the month to see the figures. Also see accurate figures instead of an avenge.

Healthy competition

Comments: I didn't want another app in my life, but this one is so user friendly, and strangely addictive. It is also a talking point for myself and colleagues who use it - and encourages some healthy competition to keep us engaged.

Pros:

I like having something interactive as well as a tracker for my fitness and wellbeing goals, it keeps me motivated to do something daily.

Cons:

Sometimes the Yucoin value of an activity changes, so you have to keep an eye on what activity you choose. Once you get to four or more challenges a day it takes a bit more work to get all the daily rewards available!

Great App for Employee Wellbeing

Pros:

Really easy to set up and implement both behind the scenes and for users. A super app to encourage employee wellbeing and interaction. Love the ability to use YouCoin for good causes too.

Cons:

So far we have no complaints. Everything has run smoothly. We would love to have the functionality to 'gift' YouCoin to employees as an additional benefit/reward.

Great app for mental welfare

Comments: As a company we were looking for a benefit portal that offered more than just money off and YuLife helps to promote physical and mental health - something that is often look past in the Recruitment industry.

Pros:

I have used YuLife for a while now and the challenges really help to increase daily steps and mindful moments - a challenge a day keeps the sadness away! I have also used the doctor and mental health support and found it all super easy to use.
