> **Pros**: I really appreciated how easy it is to use, especially for capturing screens and creating step-by-step guides. I mostly use it for knowledge management—just running through processes and updating how-to guides so that everyone on the team can follow along easily.

> **Cons**: One downside for me is the cost. While I can see the value in Scribe, it does feel a bit expensive given that I only create a couple of guides a month. There are even months where I don’t use it at all, and it just feels like I’m paying for something that sits unused. So the pricing is a bit high for my usage

> For my overall experience with Scribe, I started using it based on a recommendation and was really impressed by how easy it was to create guides just by going through the steps. It captures screenshots and clicks really well, and I love that I can save it to a PDF and share it with the team that way. I'm not someone who uses the home screen a lot; I prefer to export and store it in our company documents. My main downside is the cost, especially since I only make a couple of guides a month and it can feel pricey when I'm not using it often. But overall, the free version is fantastic, and the paid version is great if you need those extra features.

> **Pros**: Scribe does not waste your time with creating a guide - you click the button to create a guide, it starts to record your screen. Then, you do what you want to create a guide for and it captures every click you make and once you've finished it creates a guide listed step-by-step that you can easily edit. &#10;&#10;It saves me a lot of time showing people how to do things that are easy for me to do

> **Cons**: Quite honestly, I have not encountered much that I don't love about Scribe. Even the features that are "OK" are still insanely more efficient than the alternative (manually creating documentation)

> We have seen is marked improvement in the consistency and clarity of our documentation. Before Scribe, user instructions were often scattered across PDFs, emails, and chat threads. Now, everything is centralized, easy to update, and visually intuitive.&#10;&#10;Adoption has grown quickly—not just within our Technology Services team, but across departments. We’ve seen enthusiastic use by program staff, HR, and finance, all of whom are now creating Scribes to document and share their processes. This cross-functional use has helped foster a culture of documentation and knowledge-sharing that we’ve been working toward for years.&#10;&#10;We recently change the name of our organization, which involved an update to every single team member device, across three countries.
