> **Pros**: This platform is a time saver:  they have only IT profiles, so I don't lose time with other profiles which applied to my job offer. Moreover, there is a matching score to determine the fit between the user and your offer, if the matching is not good enough the user can't apply. Also, the support team is very helpful to check if the job offers are optimized (good skills, if the salary fit the profile sought, ...)

> **Cons**: It will be great to have access to all the resumes available on the platform and filter profiles by skills, experience, and localization. I think they are working on it, so may be someday.
