> **Pros**: The price point is great. It has pretty much all the bells and whistles you need in a service planning website. Organize, schedule, plan and provide resources all in one spot. Very well done.

> **Pros**: There are several features we like as a team.  Our Pastor can go into the system and add his message series, title, text several weeks in advance.   The planners then can also login and add members of the worship team, tech team and connections team.  The planner can see when a team member accepts their role for that week.

> **Cons**: Wish there was more flexibility with the elements portion of the service.   Each part of the service uses different people and different mics.  There is no way to communicate things like the announcement person will be using mic \#? or color ?.  There is no way to chart that on the schedule so that everyone of the team knows, what and where.

> **Pros**: I like that the user interface (from the user side) is simple and easy to use. I've been using it for about 4 years now.

> **Cons**: The admin side is quite confusing in my opinion. Especially switching from user to admin. It doesn't work very well. I also don't like that you cannot create a spotify playlist via the admin side. It will create a sort of playlist, but it doesn't direct you to spotify, it only opens a dialogue box that you can list from.
