> **Pros**: Smartplan is an easy to use platform for day to day planning. It will remind you and give you quick custumer support. Never had any issues or bugs.

> **Cons**: Smartplan is continuously evolving and still would need more updating in order to offer something new. Could be better in scheduling and payroll.
