> **Cons**: Enriching doesn't seem to work very well / can't schedule exact times for reminders / not enough how to videos and the ones you have are too brief. Inconsistent customer feedback response times with no sense of when someone will come back to you.

fol is different from other CRMs because it's as simple as a blank page. It’s simple but effective, and it really helps streamline communication, making it much easier to follow up and stay on top of everything.

> **Cons**: Double profiles. 
When we use folk on Sales Navigator for example, it takes all the leads even though some leads are already in the system.. And we have to check for every lead if it's a duplicate or not manually.
> 
> I would give it 10/10. It's a user-friendly platform that makes managing contacts and client relationships straightforward..The clean interface and intuitive design made it easy for us to get started without much of a learning curve. It’s especially great for teams like ours that need a simple, organized way to track communication and keep everything in one place.
