> **Pros**: The communication and client support are what I like most about HealthBox. Our dedicated account manager is easily reachable, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. The system its self is very user intuitive, we have a lot of feedback from end user employees who comment how much easier it is to navigate than our previous HRIS. Overall I think the system is excellent value for money. In my experience, HealthBox do not charge extra for support or developments, which other organisations seem to. They genuinely seem to want to help, and improve the system where they can to support their clients.

> **Cons**: As the system is newer than others, there are still developments going on, and improvements are still being made to support efficiency and automation. This can at times feel frustrating, that it isn't quite a finished system, however the journey I have had with HealthBox, working with them to develop areas of the system so it works for me, I would say is a benefit. It makes it feel very bespoke.

> Overall I am extremely satisfied with HealthBoxHR. They have clearly grown substantially as an organisation over the last couple of years, but their commitment so customer support has been unwavering.
