> **Pros**: I like the sleekness of its design and the many options for customization. I used it in tandem with our CRM, and the basic version came as part of that package. I'm not sure the exact cost, but it integrated nicely. Everything showed up in our CRM database, and it makes it a breeze to see donor retention and other statistics.

> **Cons**: I didn't like how some functionality was paywalled behind an even higher tier. Granted, we got it as part of another software, so we cannot complain much. For us, we utilized it as a donation form, but other parts of the team decided it was too much of a hassle to go back and forth from our CRM to Givecloud (Givecloud looks way better than what we have now, in my opinion).

> **Pros**: The forms are very modern and clean looking. I love the ability to use the option to be able to have donors choose multiple funds at checkout. You could potentially have your whole website on this platform too. IT INTEGRATES DIRECTLY WITH DONORPERFECT\!\!\!

> **Cons**: I thought the embeddable form would look similar... IT IS NOT. Software like DonorBox is miles ahead in that regard. So, since I'm not embedding forms on my site... donors are taken to 3rd party givecloud site. I made it look similar in branding and hoped\\ donors are not deterred.

> It has been mostly positive. I don't believe they have a massive support team and are based in Canada but they get back pretty quickly for support, all things considered.

> **Pros**: I like the payment processing and integration with Donor Perfect. Donations are handled quickly and connect to Donor Perfect very fast.

> **Cons**: The website/pages creation. If you do not have web design experience, the whole set up  is rather clunky and takes a lot of time and patience to learn. There are many things I've had to chat with help about, and while it's great that they get me a quick answer, there are things about the designing process that should just not be as complicated as they are.

> Overall it's okay. I have gotten better at designing websites, although it still takes longer than I think it should. It's good and accurate as a donation processing tool.
