The layout is clean, the features are easy to find, and I don’t have to wrestle with the platform to get things done. I also appreciate how quickly you can get started, it makes writing and sending newsletters feel straightforward rather than like a big technical task.

> **Cons**: Beehiiv has serious deliverability issues. We had to move off the platform as readers were no longer getting our emails. Their customer service was also quite poor, as they didn't respond when we reached out for help.

> Overall, moving to beehiiv was a waste of time as we had to migrate to another platform after just a few months. It looked good initially, but ultimately we were better off with ConvertKit (now Kit)
