A perfect fitting Spend Management Tool for SMEs (Not only a Credit Card with extra features)

Pros:

* very simple, intuitive use that perfectly covers the needs of our employees * finally the search for receipts for ordered products ends; everything can be found in the Hivebuy platform * With the Amazon integration, our employees can order using an interface they are familiar with. In general, the integration of different order catalogs and platforms is a great advantage * all steps from ordering to invoicing can finally be handled in one tool Real-time budget planning and overview -> no more spending outside the budget * Company-wide solution that makes things easier for all departments * very detailed, well thought-out program with constant development * The individual departments can act independently and benefit from more autonomy * The integration into Slack simplifies the approval workflow enormously and saves us time in our everyday work * Purchasing within our company is decentralized with Hivebuy; at the same time, those responsible keep track of things * all processes can be traced and we replace the annoying manual work

Cons:

* no mobile version * Existing integrations can be connected within a few minutes, but we lack an interface to Sevdesk / Google chat / ... * monthly Costs -> but these are worth it, because our employees save time and benefit from an intuitive process

We can finally put an end to the tedious search for receipts for ordered products, because everything we need can now be found in the Hivebuy platform. The integration of Amazon and various order catalogs and platforms is a crucial step in our digitalization process. Our employees can now order in an interface that is familiar to them, which not only increases efficiency but also promotes acceptance within the team. Hivebuy enables us to handle all steps from ordering to invoicing in a single tool. This results in significant time savings and an improved overview of our spending. The real-time budget planning and overview prevents off-budget spending and enables effective resource management. Hivebuy’s company-wide solution makes day-to-day work much easier for all departments. The very well thought-out program is constantly evolving and gives the individual departments more autonomy. The integration with Slack has simplified our approval workflow enormously and saved time in our day-to-day work. The decentralized procurement process is particularly impressive.

Very good startup solution to meet basic procurement and accounting needs.

Pros:

It is very easy to start working with the tool and have the processes running. I appreciate the easy integrations and API with multiple platforms. Also you do not need very extensive knowledge to use it.

Cons:

If you have an experience in working with old, comprehensive but difficult and complex in implementation tools you might be missing some features. At least for now, because Hive buy is actively developing their features.

Pros:

Intuitive to use and matches the requirements of our users. Receipts are easy to find - before, we spent about 5 hours a month just searching for missing receipts. The Amazon integration allows our employees to order in their familiar interface. The integration of various order catalogs and platforms is a significant advantage. All steps, from ordering to invoicing, can be managed in one tool. Preventing expenditures outside the budget. Integration into Slack streamlines the approval workflow, saving time in our daily work routine. All processes are traceable, eliminating the tedious manual work.

Cons:

No mobile version is available. The missing interface to Sevdesk/Google Chat would be appreciated.

Best tool for smaller- midsized companies

Pros:

- easy to use, self explaining (not at all comparable to traditional ERP systems)- easy setup --> didnt even take a day- nice customer support (easy to access, but only needed it once)

Cons:

I would love to collaborate with other law firms who have specific APIs to their law firm software. But have to check if it is possible with Zapier.
