The platform has the potential to offer a seamless user experience if supported by a reliable mobile app and responsive customer service.

> **Cons**: Poor customer support and lack of timely issue resolution. Although my card was activated, I was unable to add it to the Pluxee app. Attempts to contact customer support were unsuccessful, as emails to the official support address bounced back with a "mailbox full" error. For a company providing financial and employee benefit services, non-functional support channels and unresolved technical issues create significant inconvenience and undermine customer confidence.

While the card activation process was completed successfully, I faced difficulties adding the card to the mobile app, preventing me from accessing important features.
