> **Pros**: It allows us to do all the things we need from an online donations platform. goDonate were great in setting everything up and helped us to establish a new relationship with Braintree as the payment Gateway.
It handles Gift-Aid very well.
The API allows us to pull data into our CRM on a regular basis to manage transactions and donor relations.

> **Pros**: It is incredibly easy to use, both for the donor and the back-end users at the charity. Creating campaigns is simple, which means it is easy to run tests or responsive fundraising campaigns in not having to wait on a CMS team to build pages. The reporting is comprehensive, and it is great to be able to run simple searches in the Support section. The UX on the donation pages is the big draw, and we have seen a big uplift in donation completions and donation value since we launched the goDonate.

> **Cons**: If you are used to having self-serve and in-depth reporting from Stripe, then using goDonate's Stripe Connected account takes some getting used to, and we found some initail teething problems in being able to reconciel what we receive from it with our own accounts. It would also be useful to be able to have more leeway for the user in building donation pages - for example, to be able to move content blocks, change colours and text in some cases (e.g. opt-in statement, motivation dropdowns, etc.) and set to land on a single donation (rather than monthly) as a user to test and optimise more in real-time.

> Overall, it is much better than most platforms I have used, and I am impressed at the results we have seen since implementing it.
