The ability to share the schedule directly with our clients, suppliers, and manufacturers has allowed us to ensure the teams are across the same information. > > **Cons**: I am currently experiencing issues with multi-currencies, which are not allowing me to invoice my European clients - this has been an ongoing issue with no resolution between Stripe and the Programa. However, the team have been very attentive and communication is always on point, we still have yet to figure out the issue. > > Being an international remote interior design studio, Programa covers a wide range of tools that we previously used manually. The ease of being able to adjust a specification and communicate this with several parties has allowed efficiency, no matter where my project is located. I would also like to be able to better separate active projects from completed ones from the homepage, without closing them, so clients and trades can still access them. It would also be good to have more common products in the trade portal, such as all the polytec and laminex colours, popular joinery fittings, such as pull out bins, hampers, magic corners, etc., Abi Interiors tapware, blum, hafele, etc. > > The program has been easy to use and adapt to. It did require me to change my process, which some designers I know struggled with, but it's helped me to streamline things and better track products and changes. I really like that the client gets a dashboard to find everything and they all seem to use it without any issues. My trades are all jumping on board now, using the QR code on site more too.
