> **Pros**: ユーザの端末情報（インストールソフトやハードディスクの空き）を確認できるため、ハードディスクの増設などを先手を打って実施ができます。ＵＳＢなどの接続許可をするのも、容易にできて１分とかからず認証を許可することが可能です。

> **Cons**: 認証されているＵＳＢが外部のＰＣに接続ができてしまいます。そのためファイルの持ち出しやプライベートなＰＣからのファイルのやり取りが可能になっているため、セキュリティがあまりよくありません。
