> **Pros**: I like Zoho Learn because it gives my company, PIPECOUK a central, intelligent knowledge hub for our business. It allows us to capture processes, product knowledge, policies, training and operational information in one accessible place, helping us maintain consistency as we grow. It also supports our wider vision of building a digitally connected, AI-enabled infrastructure business, where knowledge can be easily accessed, shared and continuously developed.

> **Cons**: What I like least is that Zoho Learn can feel somewhat limited when we want to build highly customised knowledge structures or more advanced workflows. For a business like PIPECOUK, where we’re looking to integrate AI, automation and highly specific operational processes, we’d like greater flexibility in how knowledge is organised, surfaced and connected with other Zoho applications. That said, its simplicity is also one of its strengths, so it’s more a case of wanting it to go further as our requirements evolve.

> Overall, my experience with Zoho Learn has been very positive.
