> **Pros**: Guidey is an incredibly elegant digital guidebook that is very customisable and doesn't require an app to be downloaded, as it just uses web pages. It also supports both QR codes and short, readable URLs for each property. We have seen a reduction in support calls from guests thanks to the information provided in their Guideys.

> **Cons**: Nothing. Our experience with Guidey has been excellent and is cheaper than our previous supplier.
