Set up of events in very straight forward and intuitive, with a well set out administration portal. The software has a lot of potential to develop and improve customer the experience with mobile phone based technology becoming the 'norm' for event access. We were originally drawn to the software as we needed a solution that could sit outside our online sales platform but that had the potential to be integrated should we decide to incorporate the API at a future date. The big selling feature of this platform is its simplicity and also the very secure way in which tickets can be controlled and strict non-transferrable tickets can be easily created, if the artist sees this as a priority. > > **Cons**: There are a few features that are currently being developed which will improve the experience of managing customer data. In particular the ability to see at glance all tickets that have been transferred, including the original owner and the current holder. This will improve how we manage refunds on cancelled events, which with covid are more common than we would like. > > I would say that we have shown a lot of trust and belief in the developers of the Tixserve app and that belief has been well founded as there have been some big improvements in the system in a relatively short time.
